• Automated scraping, crawling, or data extraction is strictly prohibited.

All content on AtomicTest — including problems, explanations, diagrams, and design elements — is the intellectual property of AtomicTest or its content partners. You may use the Platform for personal, non-commercial study purposes only. Any reproduction or redistribution without prior written consent is prohibited.

4. Pro Plan & Subscriptions

Access to Pro plan features is granted by the AtomicTest team. Subscription fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify plan pricing or features with reasonable notice.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

AtomicTest is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that content will be perfectly accurate. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AtomicTest and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
